She completed her MBBS in 2007 from Madras Medical College. She obtained her Postgraduate Diploma in Tuberculosis & Chest Diseases (DTCD) in 2012 from Government Medical College, Calicut, and subsequently earned her DNB in 2016 from Chest Hospital, Kozhikode.

Dr. Nimisha K.P. has extensive clinical experience in diagnosing and managing a wide spectrum of respiratory conditions, including tuberculosis, asthma, COPD, and other chronic lung diseases. She is experienced in comprehensive pulmonary evaluation, evidence-based treatment planning, and long-term management of respiratory disorders. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, she actively participates in academic teaching, training of undergraduate and postgraduate students, and departmental development activities, contributing to the advancement of pulmonary healthcare services.
