He completed his MBBS in 2002 from Government Medical College, Calicut. He further pursued his specialization with a Postgraduate Diploma in Tuberculosis & Chest Diseases (DTCD) in 2007 and MD in Pulmonary Medicine in 2008 from Government Medical College, Calicut.

Dr. Binuraj has extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide spectrum of respiratory conditions including tuberculosis, asthma, COPD, interstitial lung diseases, and other chronic pulmonary disorders. He is proficient in evidence-based respiratory care and advanced management strategies, while actively contributing to academic training and mentoring of medical students and postgraduates. His dedication to patient-centered care and clinical excellence makes him a valued member of the department.
