Dr. Neethu Varghese holds an MBBS from Government Medical College, Kottayam, an MD in General Medicine from Government T. D. Medical College, Alappuzha, under Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS), and a DrNB in Nephrology from IQRAA International Hospital and Research Centre, Calicut. She has also completed SCE in Nephrology through the Royal College of Physicians (RCP), UK.

With her specialised training in nephrology and general medicine, she is equipped to assess and manage a range of kidney-related conditions. Her clinical interests include the evaluation of kidney diseases, management of chronic kidney disease, electrolyte imbalances, fluid balance disorders and hypertension associated with kidney problems.

She is committed to providing patient-centred care through careful clinical assessment, evidence-based treatment planning and guidance on kidney health. She also emphasises the importance of early detection, ongoing monitoring and preventive strategies to help patients manage kidney conditions and maintain their quality of life.

As an Assistant Professor, she contributes to medical education and the academic development of future healthcare professionals while supporting high standards of clinical practice in the Department of Nephrology.
